Eurogamer News Editor: “Nintendo Is Keen To Have A Zelda Game Launch On Switch Every Year”

A lot of Zelda info tidbits have been popping out from various sources just recently. And, today, a new one has manifested itself.

It seems Nintendo has plans to release a Zelda game of sorts for Switch every year. Stemming out from a Eurogamer article where a Nintendo spokesperson has apparently shut down the speculated Zelda: Skyward Sword Switch port, the news editor had this to say:

“As I understand it, Nintendo is keen to have a Zelda game launch on Switch every year.”

As a supporting statement, the news editor then followed it with:

“Following 2017 epic Breath of the Wild, 2018 had a port of spin-off Hyrule Warriors.”

Could we really be getting another Zelda title for 2019? Only one thing is for sure, the Zelda hype does not die down easily.
