Earlier today, the Pokemon Company uploaded a new trailer for Pokemon Sword & Shield, which revealed an assortment of new Pokemon being introduced in the games. However, fans caught quick glimpse of what could be another new Pokemon that wasn’t supposed to be officially revealed.

Around 14 seconds into the trailer, the newly introduced Galar League chairman Rose tosses a Pokeball into the air, releasing its contents in a flash of light. Although the video immediately cuts away to show off Alcremie, slowing down the footage reveals that Rose was releasing what appears to be an as of yet unrevealed new Pokemon.

This is of course not the first time eagle-eyed Pokemon fans have managed to spot a hidden new Pokemon in a Sword & Shield trailer. During the Pokemon Sword & Shield direct, fans managed to spot a the figure of a chipmunk-like Pokemon that has also yet to be revealed. We look forward to seeing what this Pokemon looks like up close when its officially revealed in the future.
