Final Fantasy Fried Chicken Goes On Sale At Lawson Stores In Japan

Lawson, one of the largest chain of convenience stores in Japan, has started offering Final Fantasy themed Kaarage-kun (Japanese fried chicken) at all of their locations.

The collaboration between Lawson and Square Enix resulted in what they are calling Final Fantasy Limit Break (garlic oil) flavor Kaarage-kun. Here’s how the package like alongside other Kaarage-kun flavors:

Upon opening the box, you will find six pieces of fried chicken:

To make things crazier, 700 pieces of Kaarage-kun have been imprinted with the mark of Meteo, so if you are lucky to see it you might want to take a photo:

To complete the experience, the cash register rings up the Victory Fanfare theme whenever a customer purchases a set of Final Fantasy Kaarage-kun. We are not kidding at all:

Final Fantasy Limit Brick Kaarage-kun is now available at Lawson locations for 221 yen, while stocks last.
