Final Fantasy IX On Nintendo Switch Still Contains A Music Bug Previously Noticed On Other Platforms

Recently, Square Enix released Final Fantasy IX on Nintendo Switch surprisingly in the February 2019 Nintendo Direct to a lot of positive reception!

Unfortunately, it seems that a Music bug that has been on every version of Final Fantasy IX for years (including the: Mobile, PC and PS4 versions) is in the Nintendo Switch version.

This bug does not allow players to listen to some lenghty songs played during the game in its full entirety with it cutting back in the middle and looping to the start which is a huge disappointment to fans.

Check out a first hand experience of this below:

It is not clear if Square Enix will patch this bug (as it still has not been fixed in the other versions of the game) and they have yet to comment on this but hopefully it will be addressed!

If we have any more information to share we will cover it here at NintendoSoup so stay tuned for more!
