Final Fantasy VII Receives Update To Fix Music & Transition Glitches On Switch

Earlier this week, Final Fantasy VII on Switch was updated to Version 1.01, which fixes several glitches that were plaguing the game.

The bugs in question are the music bug that causes the the overworld music to loop after every encounter, as well as the transistion bug which causes the screen to flash black when moving from cutscenes to gameplay. Its reassuring to see that Square-Enix still cares about supporting Final Fantasy VII’s Switch port, even though it has a remake on the way.
