First Details For Pokemon GO Week In Korea Announced
Pokemon Korea has announced the first details for Pokemon GO Week in Korea, an official Pokemon GO event running in tandem with Pokemon Festa 2019 in Seoul, South Korea.
Similar to Pokemon Festa, Poekmon GO Week in Korea will run from May 3 to May 12, 2019. Dates and timing for various activities may differ.
Special Pokemon GO Bonuses
During the duration of the event, the spawn rate of select Pokemon will increase throughout South Korea. In addition, from May 4 to May 6, 2019, various Pokemon shown in the picture appear will spawn at Starfield Ha-Nam and Starfield Coex.
Complete missions to get a Pokemon GO smartphone pop socket
Complete missions at Starfield Ha-Nam and Starfield Coex to receive the Pokemon GO smartphone pop socket above. Missions take place from May 4 to May 6 and May 11 to May 12, 2019. Pop sockets are limited to 300 a day.
In order to receive your present, you need to do the following:
- Complete three or more of these tasks in Pokemon GO: Send a gift to a friend, Trade Pokemon with a friend, Play with friends, Team Battle
- After completing the missions, show your Adventure Notes to a staff member
The staff could be found at the following locations:
- Starfield Ha-Nam Level 1 South Atrium (10:00am to 7:30pm)
- Starfield Coex Underground Level 2 Live Plaza (10:30am to 7:00pm)
Snap some Pokemon GO AR Photos!
Take AR photos of your Pokemon in Pokemon GO with the GO Snapshot feature at the following locations:
- Starfield Ha-Nam Level 1 South Atrium (10:00am to 7:30pm)
- Starfield Coex Underground Level 2 Live Plaza (10:30am to 7:00pm)
Receive Team Hats
Receive these hats (limited to 1 per person) by following these steps:
- Submitting your Pokemon GO Snapshots to the staff at the Starfield Ha-Nam and Starfield Coex locations listed in the AR Photos section above (limited to first 100 people each day)
- Like/follow the official Pokemon GO Facebook or Twitter account and hashtag #GOSnapshot (limited to first 200 people each day)
GO Snapshot Print Event
From May 3 to May 12, 2019, you’ll be able to print the AR photos you have taken with GO Snapshot at the Starfield Ha-Nam and Starfield Coex locations listed in the AR Photos section. The event accepts up to 300 people per day on weekends and up to 200 people each day on weekdays.
