The first Nintendo Switch 2 Experience Event has kicked off in Japan today in Tokyo, giving Japanese fans a chance to try out Nintendo Switch 2 games ahead of the system’s launch on June 5.
The event will run from April 26 to April 27, 2025, and only those who were selected to participate can enter the event venue.
It seems that a special Nintendo Switch 2 Edition of Nintendo Magazine is currently being distributed at the venue. The magazine contains information on the Switch 2 hardware, software, and accessories. It is currently unclear whether a digital version of the magazine will be distributed in the future similar to past editions of Nintendo Magazine, but you can see how its cover looks like below:
In addition, it seems that smartphone charging stations were prepared for visitors, just in case they have to charge their smartphone to present their digital ticket / QR code for entry.
