As reported previously, The Pokemon Company works with various cities in Japan to install various manhole covers with special Pokemon themes, as part of a larger initiative to boost local tourism.
The Japan’s Fukui prefecture is installing 5 new manhole covers in Ikeda, Obama, Minami Echizen, Tsuruga, and Ono – which all feature the region’s mascot Pokemon Dragonite.
