The company behind GDC (Game Developers Conference) has released results from a pre-show developers poll that they have conducted earlier this year.
According to the poll, 12% are currently making games for the Switch, 15% expect their next game to arrive on the platform, and 36% listed it as the platform they are most interested in. In last year’s poll which was taken a few months before the launch of the Switch in March, only 3% were working on games for the Switch and 5% wanted to bring their games to the system.
28% of multiplatform developers mentioned their games were selling better on the Switch than other platforms, 23% seen average sales on the platform, while 16% had results fare worse than other consoles.
