Pokemon Series developer, Game Freak, has apparently filed a new trademark for its upcoming Town game, which is currently in development for the Nintendo Switch.
The company has filed a trademark for the name “Little Town Hero” within Japan on 13th August 2019. Previously taking a tentative name of “Town,” it now seems likely that Game Freak’s new RPG will be titled after this new trademark.
According to a previous Nintendo Direct, Town is a game that takes place in a single village where players have to fight invading monsters and protect it from destruction. It is slated for release on Switch in 2019.
