Google Search Reveals Nintendo UK Updated Their Klonoa Listing Recently

Earlier this week, we reported that Bandai Namco recently filed a trademark for Klonoa On The Wind Encore, suggesting that a remake or new game for Klonoa may be in the works.

Today, fans have discovered another piece of evidence in support of some kind of Klonoa revival. According to Google search, Nintendo UK recently updated their listings for Klonoa’s game on Wii. The game was released ages ago, and there should be no reason for Nintendo to be doing any updates to the page, so what could it have been for?

The most exciting reason would of course be that something new is happening for Klonoa, possibly a port/remaster of the Wii game to the Switch. The alternative would be that Nintendo just wanted correct typos or something equally mundane, but there is no way to know for sure. We will be sure to report back on further developments on “Klonoa Encore” as they come.
