Fans can now take a closer look at one of the main stars from Dragon Marked for Death.

Inti Creates recently released new concept artwork for the ‘Empress’ character – highlighting the main features of her design, and even her pre-transformed look. Check them out in the Twitter link below, along with a rough translation of her backstory.

She’s the daughter of the head of the Dragonblood Clan known as the “Empress”, and bears the power of the Astral Dragon in her arm. While visiting a nearby village, her fiance and fellow kin were slain by the Holy Knights in their razing of the Dragonblood Village.

Dragon Marked for Death will be launching digitally on 31 January 2019. The game will also get a physical retail release in North America on 26 February 2019.

UPDATE (24/1/19): The physical release of date of 26 February 2019 appears to have been a placeholder. Inti Creates has officially announced that the physical edition of the game is launching on 26 March 2019, instead.
