The answer, sadly, is no, according to dataminer Kurt. There is absolutely zero trace of a post-game region or island in Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee. That said, there’s still plenty to do after beating the Elite Four and Champion, such as beating every single Master Trainer.

Other things you can do post-game include beating other Pokemon gym masters in rematches, and completing the Pokedex to receive the Shiny Charm from the Game Director.
