SEGA has filed a new trademark for ‘Sakura Wars’ on 26th February 2019 in Japan.
However, oddly enough, the franchise’s trademark has been filed as ‘Sakura Wars’ in English instead of ‘Sakura Taisen’ which would be its Japanese equivalent.
This new application was filed for various uses in entertainment which includes video games, music, and movies among others. However, it SEGA’s decision to file an English title piques many an interest. Now, this points to and supports an incoming announcement for the New Sakura Wars game during the SEGA Fes 2019.
On a previous report, SEGA has confirmed new bits of information will be shared during this year’s SEGA Fes.
