Japanese React To Reused NPC Animations In Pokemon Sword And Shield

As you all know, the Pokemon community became livid after discovering that Game Freak had copied and pasted NPC animations from Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

News of this has just reached Japan, and they have responded in their own unique ways.

Some Japanese players were amused by how overseas Pokemon fans reacted, while most lashed out at Game Freak with some sarcasm and unpleasant words.

Here’s what some of them said:

“Game Freak has failed!”

“I really hate the way human characters move in the Pokemon games.”

“How will Masuda respond to this?”

“Seems like the employees at Game Freak are taking longer vacations!”

“This is the result of improving quality, now let’s all buy the game!”

“So this is what they meant by high quality animations? At the cost of scrapping whatever (Pokemon) they had?”

“So the rivals will behave the same way in the next generation game”

“But we’ll all definitely buy it, right? lol”

“Still in development.”

“I hate this retarded animation”

What do you think? Let us know in the comments.
