A Japanese wholesale buyer for video game products at a retail company has shared their thoughts on Nintendo Switch 2 Game-Key Cards.

In the cryptic tweet, the buyer shared that they think that trade-in prices for Game-Key Cards “seem to be low”, because shops buying used Game-Key Cards have to check whether they are working or not (which is  troublesome for staff to manage), and if someone owns many Game-Key Cards, having to insert and download each game one-by-one is a huge hassle.

The buyer also seem to implied that the retailer they are ordering goods for isn’t buying as much Game-Key Cards for these reasons.
