Dr. Serkan Toto, a notable analyst of the video game industry who works for Kantan Games, has shared what he thinks will be released in 2019.
Back in 2018, the Wall Street Journal reported Nintendo is working on an enhanced Nintendo Switch hardware revision that would be released in the second half of 2019. Dr. Serkan Toto believes what the Wall Street Journal says is correct, and in his comments he calls this system the “Switch Pro”.
Besides the Switch Pro, Dr. Serkan Toto believes Nintendo is working on a “Switch Lite”, a scaled down version of the Switch that would appeal to customers on a tight budget. If the Switch Lite does not happen, the current Switch will receive a price cut, which is actually in line with our predictions.
