Bethesda Amicably Resolves Fallout Shelter Lawsuit

Last year, Bethesda sued Warner Bros. Interactive and Behaviour Interactive in court, claiming Behaviour Interactive had replicated source code in Fallout Shelter for the Westworld mobile games.

Today, we’ve learned that the lawsuit has been “amicably resolved” by all parties involved. We have no further details on what that entails at this time.

Here’s Bethesda’s official statement on the matter:

Bethesda Softworks and Behaviour Interactive jointly announced today that the parties have amicably resolved the lawsuit Bethesda brought against Behaviour and others related to the Fallout® Shelter and Westworld mobile games.
