Today, Nintendo opened reservations for the upcoming limited time Kirby Cafe in Tokyo.
Reservations were open for September 27 to October 31, 2018 at 6pm JST today. For 4 hours, the reservation website was under heavy load and many fans encountered difficulties while trying to access the website.
Despite the difficulties, every single seat from September 27 to October 31 was fully booked in 4 hours. That includes reservations for Kirby Cafe: The Store, which offers exclusive merchandise. Kirby Cafe has also apologized to those who had a hard time booking a seat.
The next round of reservations will open on the 10th of every month for the following month. So reservations from November 1 to November 30 will begin on October 10, 2018.
