This week, music production software KORG Gadget was finally released on Nintendo Switch. While many users were excited about KORG Gadget’s arrival on the system, they soon found out the application was lacking many essential features.
One of the most important features that the Switch version of KORG Gadget lacks is the ability to exporting songs and MIDI. KORG Inc, the company that developed the software, mentioned on their FAQ that due to limitations on Nintendo Switch, they could not provide this functionality.
Because of limitations of the Nintendo Switch platform, we can not support exporting songs and MIDI right now. We think this feature is very important, and we wish we can provide this functionality. Thank you for your understanding.
Given that the Switch version of KORG Gadget costs the same as the iOS version, which supports essential features such as exporting songs, many users are upset with their purchase.
