To use an amiibo, simply talk to an Uncle amiibo (there’s one in every major kingdom) and tap the amiibo on the NFC reader on your Nintendo Switch Pro Controller or the right stick of your Joy-Con.

Costumes

By tapping a compatible amiibo, you can receive the following assists (once per day).

Wedding Mario: Invincibility

Wedding Peach: 3-Up Heart

Wedding Bowser: Display all regional coins

Any other amiibo: Show a Power Moon’s location on the map (including hidden ones)
