The company which worked on porting Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze to Nintendo Switch has been revealed to be none other than Retro Studios, which originally developed the game on Wii U.
This was confirmed during a Nintendo Power podcast by Nintendo Treehouse member Samantha Robertson.
What Retro has been working on these days remains a mystery, as their last original title was Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze for Wii U in 2014. Hopefully we’ll learn more at E3.
