Masuda Reveals What Would Make Him The Happiest Person In The World

In a recent media interview, Game Freak and Pokemon director Junichi Masuda shared what would make him the most happiest person in the world.

Masuda said if Pokemon GO players and hardcore traditional Pokemon RPG fans come and enjoy Pokemon together, either by playing on Nintendo Switch or smartphone, it would make him the happiest man in the world.

What would make me happiest would be if Pokémon Go players and traditional Pokémon RPG players actually come together and are throwing out Pokéballs together, either with the Joy-Con or using their smartphones, and really enjoying Pokémon together.

The director may be referring to the divide between Pokemon GO players and traditional Pokemon RPG players. Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee may be an attempt to bridge the gap between both audiences.
