It looks like some Metroid fans in the UK and Europe will have to wait a little longer to enjoy the latest amiibo figures based on Metroid Dread.
Nintendo UK has officially announced that the Metroid Dread amiibo 2-Pack will see a delay in the UK and Europe. Instead of launching alongside the Metroid Dread on 8 October 2021, the 2-pack will now launch in the UK and Europe on 5 November 2021.
As pictured above, the amiibo 2-pack will include one amiibo of Samus Aran and one amiibo of an E.M.M.I. enemy. Tapping either one while playing Metroid Dread will grant players an extra energy tank and a Missile+ tank respectively.
So far, Nintendo has only announced this delay for the UK and Europe. We’ll report back if that changes in the future.
