Milcery with Rare Sweets Now Available in Max Raids; Increased Shiny Odds in Certain Raids

Get ready for a rare sweet treat with the newest promoted raid event in Pokemon Sword and Shield.

Play Pokemon recently shared on Twitter that Max Raid battles in Galar will be featuring special Milcery that can Gigantamax once evolved into Alcremie. These Milcery will be available in raids until February 16th according to the tweet.

Milcery evolves while holding a Sweet and a few other circumstances including time of day and the duration of time that a player spins. This is similar to event that happened last year which gave players access to the Star and Ribbon sweets for the first time. The only way to obtain those were through events and the Cram-o-matic machine on the Isle of Armour.

Also, when you win a Max Raid Battle against a Milcery during this time, you may receive various Sweets as a reward. These include Star Sweets and Ribbon Sweets, both of which couldn’t be obtained before. Have Milcery hold different kinds of Sweets and evolve them into the many forms of Alcremie.

And according to Serebii, Five Star Milcery raids have a 2% chance to be shiny during this event.

What do you think about the return of this event? Let us know in the comments below.
