Minecraft Creator Banned From Taking Part In 10th Anniversary Celebrations

Marcus “Notch” Persson, more popularly known as Notch, has been prevented by Microsoft and Mojang from taking party in any 10th anniversary activities of award winning game Minecraft.

The decision was made after Notch made remarks such as “heterosexual pride day” and “it’s ok to be white” on Twitter. Both companies told the press that Notch’s opinions do not reflect their values and neither does it reflect any of Minecraft’s values.

Notch’s name has also been scrubbed from Minecraft in a recent update, which could possibly be due to the remarks he made.
