Monolith Soft Now Has 209 Employees In Japan

Monolith Soft, the studio behind the Xenoblade Chronicles series, has put out an update on the number of employees working at the company as of April 2019.

According to official data from Monolith Soft, the studio currently has 209 employees. That’s an increase of 16 employees in three months from January 2019.

The company also broke down some statistics on their employees:

Male to Female employee percentage ratio: 75.1% to 24.9%

Average duration an employee works for Monolith Soft: 6 years and 4 months (as of December 2018)

Average employee age: 35.68 (as of December 2018)

Male to Female employee percentage ratio for those hired in 2019: 62.5% to 37.5%

As we can tell from the statistics, Monolith Soft has hired more female employees in 2019.
