LEGO Group and Nintendo have announced more waves of Power-Up Packs and Sets for their LEGO Mario line coming on August 1st.
Firstly, two new Power-Up Packs have been confirmed: Frog Suit and Bee Suit. The Frog Suit makes splashing sounds and allows players to earn coins for “jumping like a frog”, while the Bee Suit makes buzzing sounds and allows players to earn coins for “flying”.
Next, three new sets will be going on sale, each focusing on a different Mario enemy: the Lakitu Sky Set, the Boss Sumo Bros Topple Tower, and the Reznor Knockdown:
Finally, LEGO also confirmed that the previously revealed third wave of character packs will be going on sale on the same date August 1st.
