It looks like the construction of Super Nintendo World is progressing well in Japan.
Local netizens in Osaka have spotted what looks to be part of the themed location emerging at Universal Studios Japan. In particular, you can now see a square-shaped tower with a hill-like appearance, even if you’re at ground level.

For reference, here is some concept art for what the park should look like. As you can see, the square-shaped hill should be part of the Mushroom Kingdom area on the right.
Things are definitely shaping up for the location’s official opening in 2020, before the Tokyo Olympics Games commence. We’ll report back when we hear more about the park soon!
