Last month, Nintendo released two new sets of Pastel Joy-Con for Nintendo Switch – Pastel Purple (L) and Pastel Green (R), as well as Pastel Pink (L) and Pastel Yellow (R).
Although it’s impossible to purchase both left and right Joy-Con of the same pastel color, it has become possible to get them through My Nintendo Store Japan’s Nintendo Switch Customize service.
The Nintendo Switch Customize service allows customers to purchase a Nintendo Switch OLED Model or Nintendo Switch with the Joy-Con colors of their choice, something which isn’t possible at other retailers. Through this service, you can get both Joy-Con in the same Pastel color (for example Pastel Purple for both left and right Joy-Con). It is impossible to get a right Pastel Purple Joy-Con outside this service as of July 26, 2023.
