Nintendo has registered five trademarks in Japan on May 2, 2018. The trademarks are NES, Nintendo Entertainment System, Zelda, Ice Climber, and Balloon Fight.
NES and Nintendo Entertainment System were trademarked for the purposes of computer programs, online publishing, online videos, online music, game tools, and more. Meanwhile, Zelda, Ice Climber, and Balloon Fight were trademarked for purposes of downloadable video games.
