Nintendo has confirmed they will be present at BitSummit the 13th Summer of Yokai, this year’s iteration of Japan’s largest indie game event.
BitSummit 13th Summer of Yokai will take place from July 18th to July 20th at the Miyako Messe (Kyoto Industrial Promotion Center Co), in Kyoto, Japan. July 18th will be for members of the press, while July 19th to 20th will be open to the general public. The booth will features some of the first indie games that will be releasing on the newly launched Switch 2, although the exact lineup has yet to be confirmed.
Presumably due to the presence of the new console, visitors from the general public will only be able to access the booth via lottery. This is on top of needing to buy a ticket to Bitsummit itself, with more details to be shared at a later date.
