Ubisoft’s upcoming toys to life series, Starlink: Battle For Atlas, will feature Fox McCloud as a playable character on the Nintendo Switch. Which means that the Fox himself will be getting a figurine. Interestingly, the pose Fox is seen in the figurines was given through a sketch by Nintendo.
Speaking to Dualshockers, Starlink: Battle For Atlas Producer, Matt Rose, said that after multiple back and forth discussion on how Fox’s pose should be, Nintendo sent a sketch saying that they had a perfect pose that matches Fox’s personality.
As an example, the pose of Fox McCloud on the toy is something that Nintendo actually came up with. We had gone back and forth on different sketches and poses and they told us they had the perfect pose that matched his personality. They sent us back the sketch, and yeah. It’s been really, really great.
