Nintendo has revealed how much they’ve made in digital sales in the third quarter of the 2018/2019 fiscal year.
Digital sales more than doubled in the third quarter over the second quarter thanks to the introduction of Nintendo Switch Online. That’s a 95.1% increase on a year-on-year basis when comparing the first 9 months of this fiscal year and the previous fiscal year.

Turning to our digital business for dedicated video game platforms, sales of download version of packaged software, download-only software and add-on content for Nintendo Switch showed especially good growth, bringing digital sales to 84.2 billion yen (95.1% increase on a year-on-year basis).
