During various Nintendo Switch 2 Experience events all around the world, some attendees complained that the Joy-Con 2’s mouse controls gave them cramps and were generally speaking, uncomfortable to play after a long period of time.
That is why Nintendo fan ChrisCube64 is finding a way to make “mouse adapters” that are designed for mouse controls and can fit Joy-Con 2 controllers through 3D printing. The challenge lies in ensuring all buttons are accessible, as the face buttons are currently covered in the prototype, and making sure that the mouse adapter is ergonomic and comfortable to use.
