Nintendo Kills Sleep QOL Project, Stock Tumbles Down 5%

Japanese financial paper Nikkei has reported that Nintendo’s QOL (quality of life) project involving sleep may have been canceled.

According to Nikkei’s report, potential hardware partner for the QOL project, Panasonic, withdrew from the project in March 2018.

While Nintendo has not officially commented on the cancellation of the QOL project, investors have reacted, selling off Nintendo shares and causing its value to drop by a humongous 5% in Tokyo this morning.
