Nintendo Removes Chris Niosi’s Voice Credit From Fire Emblem Heroes, After He Admits To Abuse Allegations
Recently, we reported on allegations of abuse hurled at voice actor Chris Niosi – who plays Male Byleth in both Fire Emblem Heroes and Fire Emblem: Three Houses. While Niosi has since apologized openly about his past, it looks like things are now escalating in an explosive manner.
Nintendo has apparently taken notice of the bad press, and has now redacted Niosi’s voice credit for Male Byleth in Fire Emblem Heroes. While Niosi’s voice is still in use, players will not be able to find his name on the character’s profile screen any longer.
In a recent update to FE Heroes, the English voice actor for male Byleth is no longer listed
In a previous data, the name was mentioned, but it recently came to light it belongs to a controversial figure in the industry
