Good news for Switch Online subscribers looking to have their voices heard.
According to one user on Reddit, visitors to Nintendo.com may sometimes receive a prompt to complete an online survey for the site. Contained within the survey however, is a section asking for feedback on Nintendo Switch Online. It is an open ended question, phrased as “What types of changes would make you recommend Nintendo Switch Online?”.

After this, visitors should be able to enter their feedback about the Nintendo Switch Online service. This will likely be of interest to many Switch Online subscribers and non-subscribers, as the service has been subject to a number of criticisms since its launch.
Do note however that there is currently no known way to force this survey to appear. Those interested will have to continuously navigate through Nintendo.com until they receive the prompt before they can give their feedback.
