Nintendo’s customer support team has put out an important announcement concerning the Pokemon Sword/Shield Expansion Pass DLC.
The official Twitter account representing the team notes that they have seen an increase in the number of people who own Pokemon Shield purchasing the Expansion Pass DLC for Pokemon Sword, which means they couldn’t play the Expansion Pass DLC in Pokemon Shield.
The company reminded customers to be very careful as there will be no refunds provided for such mistakes.
