Earlier today, Nintendo shared their financial data for the nine months ending December 31st 2018 which revealed that the Nintendo Switch has officially now sold 32.27 Million units!

This comes very close to another retro Nintendo console, the Nintendo 64!

N64 Lifetime Sales-  32.93 Million Units

Thats right! The Nintendo Switch is only 0.66 Million units behind the N64s lifetime sales which is very impressive! The console is also very close to the Xbox One’s sales so far with it likely to reach it by mid next year.

Considering the Nintendo Switch has only been out for nearly 2 years now, this is very impressive with the Nintendo 64 coming out over 20 years ago and with the Nintendo Switch not even being close to its lifetime sales yet!
