Nintendo Switch System Update 7.0.1 Resolves Pokemon Let’s Go & GO Connectivity Issues

Nintendo has rolled out a minor update for Switch today.

This firmware update 7.0.1 addresses the issue which have affected Switch’s ability to sync with mobile phones. Now, this new update is readily available to download from the systems setting menu.

Here’s the change-log:

General system stability improvements to enhance the user’s experience, including:

  • Resolved an issue where the Pokémon: Let’s Go, Pikachu! and Pokémon: Let’s Go, Eevee! games cannot reconnect to the Pokémon GO app if the game software was closed after pairing with the app.
