No Dynamax Crystals For Pokemon Sword And Shield Purchased Via Game Vouchers

We have an important heads up for those of you who are planning to buy Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield with Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers on the eShop.

If you purchase both games separately with a pair of Game Vouchers, you will not receive the Dynamax Crystals for Dynamax Larvitar and Dynamax Jangmo-o which are included with the Double Pack.

Here’s what the game’s listing says:

Purchasing both Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield separately with a pair of Nintendo Switch Game Vouchers will not grant the special bonuses included with a purchase of the Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield Double Pack.

So if you want to get your Dynamax Crystals, you either have to purchase the Pokemon Sword and Shield Double Pack at retail or digitally on the Nintendo eShop. Keep in mind Game Vouchers could not be used for the Double Pack.
