OMNO is doing well on Kickstarter, hitting over ( €70,000) as of press time. With the initial Kickstarter already secured, solo developer Jonas Manke is hoping to bring the puzzle adventure game even further.
With just 5 days left, Manke has placed a €95,000 stretch goal for a Switch version. Hopefully, this will bring Switch gamers on board the game. You can check out the trailer for the game below and if you are interested, why not head on to OMNO’s Kickstarter page here to send your support.
OMNO gets new gameplay trailer and reveals Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4 version stretch goal
Campaign for atmospheric exploration & puzzle adventure is already over 215% funded as it enters the last few days
Bielefeld, Germany, 29th November – The highly anticipated exploration & puzzle adventure Omno by solo dev Jonas Manke (Studio Inkyfox) got a new gameplay trailer today alongside the announcement of a new stretch goal that could bring the game to Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4, as well as the confirmed PC version. Omno is successfully funded on Kickstarter (over 215%) and the campaign is now on the finishing straight, running until 4th December.
You can watch the new gameplay trailer here.
Omno is an atmospheric adventure about a journey of discovery through an ancient world of wonders. Taking players through lush forests, across a sun blasted desert, over a frigid tundra, the power of a lost civilisation will even carry the hero to the clouds. Along the way there will be creatures great and small to observe and interact with – shy rock-like crabs, helpful turtles, maybe even a friendly dinosaur to ride?
The world of Omno is filled with puzzles, platforming challenges and hidden secrets. The player’s magic staff is the key to powering forgotten relics, and will allows players to dash lighting fast across platforms, glide over land, sail above the clouds and more.
“The feedback I got on Omno was completely overwhelming! I would have never thought the game would get over 2,000 supporters, make it onto my favourite websites and the frontpage on reddit, that’s just amazing and I can’t express how grateful I am!”, says Jonas Manke, developer of Omno. “Now Omno is approaching the end of the Kickstarter campaign and after countless requests from fans asking for a Switch and PS4 version we finally made it to the big console stretch goal and I really hope that me and my fans can bring the games to the platforms”.
