The Pan European Game Information Board (PEGI) has published a rating hinting that Pikmin 3 Deluxe is coming to Switch 2.

Visiting the game’s page on their site shows that it has been updated with a Switch 2 icon, along with a date of December 28th 2025. It is believed that this rating strongly suggests that the game will receive a free or paid upgrade to a Switch 2 edition to take advantage of the console’s new features. Nintendo has yet to make any official announcement at the time of this writing.

Previously, Pikmin 4 received a surprise update with numerous enhancements, although not specifically for the Switch 2. Stay tuned for more updates as they come.
