Pokemon GO Player Fined For Breaking Quarantine In Spain

During these challenging times, many countries have went to lockdown or quarantine in order to contain the coronavirus outbreak. This means nobody is allowed to go out of their house unless they really have to.

The Madrid municipal police in Spain have made this very clear by fining a 77 year old man who was playing Pokemon GO outside. Hopefully the man is a lesson to everyone to take the quarantine seriously.

The report states the following:

“For disobedience to authority based on Royal Decree 463/2020 due to alarm by COVID-19. He was out in public hunting Pokémon.”

What do you think?
