The Pokemon Company has acknowledged a bug with the Pokemon Legends Z-A’s second season of ranked battles.
According to an official post, there appears to be a bug affected some players where they have been unable to receive the Mega Stone rewards after achieving the target rank. This is a significant issue as the Mega Stone rewards cannot be obtained through any other methods at the time of this writing. The Pokemon Company assured fans that they were investigating the problem, and would ensure that affected players would be able to receive their Mega Stones in the future.
That said, The Pokemon Company did not explain what causes the bug or how to avoid it. Given that there have not been widespread reports of this happening, we can only assume that the requirements to trigger the bug must be relatively specific and hard to meet. We will be sure to report back with more details as they come.
