Italian website Pokemon Millennium has revealed new details on Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee after playing the first 2 hours of the game.
Although abilities are absent in the game, natures and STAB moves will be present in Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee. Unlike what Serebii has mentioned, Pokemon Millennium claims Held Items do exist in the game and have their very own item category in Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee. As to what the held items are, we will have to wait for The Pokemon Company to announce them.
Although Pokemon Let’s GO Pikachu/Eevee is being touted as following the events transpired in Pokemon Yellow, it appears that the main story is different and there are new events in the game. One example cited was the enhanced presence of Team Rocket in Kanto.
