A few hours ago, we reported that pre-registration for Pokemon Masters was now live, and the expected release date was on August 29th. However, it seems those of you living in Singapore and Canada won’t need to wait that long to play.
The Pokemon Company has confirmed a soft launch for the game in Singapore and Canada. What this means is that those of you living in those areas will get to download a more basic preview version of the game, with save data carrying over to the full version once its released.
Players from Singapore will apparently be able to download the preview starting “tomorrow” (which could mean either the 24th or 25th July) while Canada will receive it at a later date.
In addition, the Pokemon Masters Youtube channel has updated with some new gameplay videos highlighting its various features which you can view below:

UPDATE: It should be noted that according to the official press release, the Pokemon Masters preview for Singapore is launching first on Android devices. It is currently not known if the preview will also be released for iOS at a later date.
