Pokemon Scarlet/Violet Gulpin, Stunky, Skrelp, And Clauncher Mass Outbreak Event Now Live

The Pokemon Company has started  a new Mass Outbreak Event coming to Pokemon Scarlet And Violet.

This new event runs from January 28th 2024, and will feature Gulpin, Stunky, Skrelp, and Clauncher. These four Pokemon are normally version exclusive encounters with Stunky & Skrelp being Scarlet exclusive, while Gulpin & Clauncher are Violet exclusive. However, these Mass Outbreaks will appear across both games, giving players an opportunity to capture the Pokemon that are not normally present in their version.

In addition, the Pokemon will have a higher chance to have Rare and Uncommon marks depending on the game version:

  • Stunky & Skrelp will be more likely to get the Uncommon in Scarlet and Rare in Violet
  • Gulpin & Clauncher more likely to get Rare in Scarlet and Uncommon in Violet
