Today, we have some news to share with you about the launch of Pokemon Sword and Shield in Taiwan.
As we shared with you yesterday, the street date for the games were broken in Japan and Hong Kong on November 13, 2019, two days before the street date. Now the same has happened in Taiwan on November 14, one day before the official release date.
This is huge news because Taiwanese distributor Weblink reminded retailers not to break the game’s street date, and another distributor called JustDan warned retailers that there will be legal repercussions for those who break the street date.
